Chances are, your subconscious mind has accepted false ideas about image or distraction on your behalf and rejected rational ideas about health risks because of the strength of emotion attached to your chosen behaviour.

Through hypnosis we can get to the root of the problem. Was it peer group pressure in your teens? Was it just a convenient coping strategy that you adopted early on? Could it be values acquired over the years from celebrity role-models?

Together, we can identify the underlying reasons, whatever they may be and make your subconscious mind aware how false they are.

Together, we can rewrite the script that says a cigarette makes you look cool and sophisticated, or that a cigarette distracts you from either the pain or the boredom you encounter in your daily life – or whatever.

Your subconscious mind acts on what it believes is best for you. If it’s acting on bad information, it needs new information that’s good information.

Once it accepts that information, at a deep level, it’s on your side in every situation that used to tempt you.
