Have you thought about buying yourself a Kindle? Amazon are offering them at very competitive
prices and most of the books I recommend below are now downloadable as Kindle editions. They
also make wonderful gifts, especially for people who do a lot travelling!
General Mind/Body/Spirit
Calvin Banyan has written an amazingly perceptive book using this title. He poses the questions ‘What are our
feelings for’ and ‘Are some feelings good and other feelings bad?’ Reading this book will give you an insight
into your feelings and help you to understand how important they are!
This is a fascinating read. The most promising discovery in this book is the effectiveness of electricity to kill viruses, bacteria and parasites.
Does this mean you can cancel your appointment with your clinical doctor? No it does not. Killing your invaders does not make you well instantly. But happily, at your next doctor visits she or he will be removing drugs, not adding them. Electricity can now be used to kill bacteria, viruses and parasites in minutes, not days or weeks as antibiotics require. If you have been suffering from a chronic infection or have cancer, or AIDS, learn to build the electronic device that may have the potential to stop it immediately. It is apparently safe and without side effects and does not interfere with any treatment you are now on. You can also buy this device online at a relatively low costs. There are those who rubbish Hulda Regehr Clark’s research, but if you are the sort of person who has an open mind and you are willing to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing, then you may find this book informative and helpful.
Understanding Babies and Children
The title of this book perfectly describes the content. We’re trained in just about every job we do in our
lives except possibly the most important job we’ll ever have: bringing up children! This book will give you
a completely new understanding of how to communicate with your kids without preaching, nagging or making you
feel as if you’re doing something terribly wrong.
I wish I’d had the opportunity to read this book when my kids were babies! I can remember agonising when they cried,
vacillating between picking them up or leaving them to cry, according to whose advice I was getting at the time, and
always feeling guilty, whatever I did. Now this is the one book I give as a gift to any friends expecting their first
baby.
Joanne Goulding is a Master Hypnotist, living and working in Australia. She is the originator of the Goulding SleepTalk Process ™
described as ‘The five minute gift you give your children that lasts a lifetime.’ The process is easy to learn, takes parents only
a few minutes daily at bedtime, and it can’t be "done wrong". It’s absolutely safe, ethical and positive. SleepTalk™ is for people
who are looking for a simple, non-intrusive self-esteem and behaviour change process for children that can help parents achieve what
they want most - happy children and happy families.

Seemingly expensive, the book includes an invaluable CD that teaches you, step-by-step, this remarkably simple, loving process. Clients
and friends of mine who have learned and applied this process have reported remarkable positive changes in their children.
Past Life Regression
If you’re new to the idea that we’ve lived before, this is the perfect book to start you off. This was Brian’s first book, published in
1988, and documents the amazing past life experiences of one of his patients that completely changed both of their current lives!
Brian Weiss is a psychiatrist who lives and practices in Miami, Florida. He’s a graduate of Columbia University and Yale Medical School,
and is the former Chairman of Psychiatry at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami. Not the most likely candidate to be authoring books
on past and future lives!
Dolores Cannon is a past-life regressionist and hypnotherapist who specialises in the recovery and cataloguing
of "Lost Knowledge". Her roots in hypnosis go back to the 1960s. She has been specialising in past-life therapy
since 1979.

In this book, you can find the answers to many questions, based on accounts of clients who are regressed,
whilst in hypnosis, and are able to report on the experience of being in between lives. Have you ever wondered
if babies choose their parents? Why we have major traumas including illness and disease? What are the karmic
consequences of committing murder? You can find the answers (if you choose to believe them) to these questions
and many more!
If by the time you reach the end, you’re feeling sufficiently convinced, then I suggest you read some of
her other books, such as….
Jesus and the Essenes
Convoluted Universe: Bk. 1
The Convoluted Universe Book Two: 2 (Peoples of the Ancient World)
Convoluted Universe: Book Three (Convoluted Universe): Bk. 3
Most of us have the idea that a soulmate is someone who not only understand us in a way that no-one else can,
but who also makes us fulfilled and complete so we can live happily ever after. Past Life regressionist Sue
Minns upturns these ideas and helps us understand that the challenging lessons we learn are the most valuable to us.
Dolores has been a UFO investigator for twenty years, using her skills as a regressionist to help people that
had been involved in abduction cases. She has written several books on the UFO information volunteers have
revealed while under hypnosis. If this is a subject that you would like to know more about, then I can recommend
UFOs and Aliens and The Keepers of the Garden.
Spirit Releasement
Over a period of two decades, until the time of his death in 2004, William Baldwin treated thousands of patients
afflicted with a host of seemingly unrelated emotional problems, yet the common causal factors seemed to be past-life
memories, soul fragmentation and discarnate energies. The therapeutic technique he developed and successfully used
was called Spirit Releasement Therapy, now used by many practitioners around the world.
Read this book with a completely open mind. It may surprise you, even shock you, but it may also open your eyes
to a new understanding of consciousness.
This is an easy-to-read-and-digest book that covers psychic attack, curses, witchcraft, spirit attachment,
possession, soul retrieval, haunting, soul rescue, deliverance, exorcism and others. This comprehensive guide
has been developed over many years and used as course material in the College of Psychic Studies in London. Taking
a responsible and careful approach to the subject, it stresses that the process should be carried out in a
compassionate way, without blame or judgment of the spirit or of the individual who is seeking help.
Written in 1987, this book remains a compelling read for me. Psychologist Edith Fiore began exploring the
boundaries of traditional psychology and was startled to discover that a significant number of her patients
were suffering from spirit possession. This book contains a number of fascinating case histories, and Edith
Fiore’s hypnotherapeutic methods of releasement
